Cassandra Woods - Yoga Instructor Cassandra, also a painter, has enjoyed teaching art for several years, receiving her formal education in the fine arts. Her style of Yoga is heavily based on Hatha, where the focus is on asanas (poses) and pranayama (breath). She also integrates meditation, Vinyasa (flow) Yoga and the ancient Chinese art of QiGong into her classes. In QiGong, the body’s energy is gently moved through and around the body to facilitate healing and is a beautiful complement to Yoga. _____________________________________________
Adele
Fernandez -
Yoga Instructor Everything is energy and Adele tries to teach different types of movement that balance your whole Being. Yoga is one of those many systems. Yet, is so much more than mere movement because it allows us to practice on the mat while giving us guidance off the mat for living a much more loving, balanced and passionate life. Adele encourages her students to discover who they truly are through Yoga. "To keep
the body in good health is a duty.... otherwise, we shall not be able to
keep the mind strong and clear."

Beth Albrecht PhD, APP
Beth is a teacher, scientist, mother, wife and proponent of Holistic Health. She has held a long time interest in Integrative and Complementary Medicine. She became a certified Associate Polarity Practitioner in November of 2006. She started her private practice, Polarity for Wellness LLC, in January of 2007. Receiving a polarity session is deeply relaxing and is personalized to an individuals needs. A session begins with conversation between the client and practitioner to determine the focus of the session. Next is the energetic bodywork. The client remains fully clothed and lies on a massage table. The practitioner uses her hands to balance energy flow in the body. The treatment consists of light touches and holds, body rocks, and firm holds at acupressure and reflex points. Polarity therapy can be thought of as an “energy tune up” for your body. Polarity practitioners also strive to educate their clients in tools they can use to improve their physical and mental health. The partnership between practitioner and client is designed to empower the client in their quest for good health. She believes that: “The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well.” Hippocrates Beth received her PhD in Genetics from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1994. She then held a postdoctoral research position at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, also in Cleveland, Ohio. This training and research experience trained her to be a critical thinker and lifelong learner. She started teaching Biology at Cuyahoga Community College in 2001 due to her desire to work directly with people. Her teaching of Anatomy & Physiology and Microbiology fueled her interest Human Health. In the spring of 2006 she began formal training in the field of Holistic Health. In her own quest for good health she has used Homeopathy, Herbs, Supplements, Massage, Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation and Polarity Therapy. She firmly believes that the Holistic approach to medicine, which values and considers body, mind and spirit, is the best way to approach healthcare.
