At times we will introduce a variety of sound instruments (18” Tibetan gong, Ting Sha’s, drum and conch shell prayer horn ) to soothe the mind, body and spirit.  The use of breath work helps to center and relax us.  This workshop is for you and is meant to help you relax and rediscover the wonderful part of yourself that dwells within your soul.  Don’t forget to bring a notebook or journal as we will be keeping a meditation journal of all your blissful experiences.
