Come join us for a night of Dreams! Learn the different types of dreams, how to interpret your dreams, and the difference between actual dreams and out of body experiences. We will also touch on nightmares, and how to stop having them. And, if you are the kind of person who never remembers your dreams, this workshop will give you techniques to remember your dreams.

Workshop will touch on:

· Different kinds of dreams

· How to control dreams

· Interpretation

· How enhance dreaming experience

· How to cure nightmares

Connecting with the Angels Through Writing

Donna will be doing 20 minute individual angel readings beginning at 2:40 for $25.

Come and learn how to connect with your highest guidance available. Beginners and practiced angel lovers are most welcome. All you need is a receptive, open mind and heart. Allow the group energy to help facilitate this special way of being with the angelic realm.

We will briefly discuss angels, guardian angels and archangels; how to become more receptive to receiving angelic messages; the practical reasons for connecting with one’s angels through writing and other means; and how natural, uplifting and life-changing making this connection can be.

Writing supplies and Doreen Virtue angel cards will be provided for class use, or you are welcome to bring your own. Also, an angel reading will be demonstrated.

We will explore the myths and realities of aging in America, particularly for women. And, you will leave this workshop with a healthy and vibrant perspective on your body, your mind, and your spirit! Whether you are in your 40s, 50s, or 60s, midlife can be THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE!

Journey Work Drum Circle
